Sales Policy

These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases made by U.S. customers directly from Amiré, including by internet, phone or mail. By placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY AS THIS DOCUMENT GOVERNS YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM Amiré AND CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Amiré sells and ships products to end user customers only through our Amiré website, Customer Service Call Center and Amazon website. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order.
This Agreement and any claim or dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or any order placed or purchase made by you shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Amiré reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time.

Shipping Policy

Amiré orders are shipped via USPS & UPS on business days (Monday through Friday 8:30-13:30, excluding major holidays). 

We are currently utilizing Amazon.com for the fulfillment for some items. After you have completed your order on our website, a confirmation e-mail listing the details of your order will be sent to the address you provided. The e-mail will serve as a receipt for your purchase.

Refund Policy

Amiré stands behind the quality of all of our products that we sell and hope for your satisfaction with our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with the products you have purchased from Amiré, we offer a 15-day money back guarantee. 

Returned product of an order value between $50 and $100 is subject to a 25% restocking charge. An order exceeding $101 is subject to a 40% restocking charge.

Your refund will then be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the returned product. To receive your refund or for the cancellation of an order, please contact customer service via email or phone.

Non-refundable Items

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value. Shipping and handling charges applied to free or deeply discounted promotional products are non-refundable.

Ship costs will not be refunded for returns. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless product is defective or broken.
