When your skin is dry and dehydrated, the skin is lacking oil, water in the top layer of the skin. Hydration is extremely crucial for healthy smooth skin. Without exfoliating your skin, you can end up with clogged pores from toxins and dead cells! Clogged dead skin cells can make the skin look and feel dry, removing them can help brighten your skin, giving you the glow! HYDRATE your skin!

How to Use a Body Scrub?
The best time to use a body scrub is when you’re in the shower or bath. After you finish your normal body wash routine, follow up with a scrub. To avoid damaging and over drying the skin, be sure to use warm water. Apply the scrub to the area and then gently massage in circular motions. Take a good amount of the scrub into your hands and begin massaging it into your skin in circular motions. Besure not to scrub too hard because you can damage your skin. Be gentle! The exfoliants can do their magic.
How Often Should I Use a Body Scrub?
A body scrub can be used up to FIVE times a week depending on the ingredients and your skin type. Having delicate skin, the scrub is recommended to be used ONCE a week. If you are new to the scrub scene, go ahead and test out the product on a small portion of your skin (inside of the elbow area is best) to test for skin sensitivities!
If your skin is not sensitive, you can experiment to see how many times a week works best for you. Usually, every other day is perfect for most people.

My Favorite Time to Use Body Scrubs
